Non refundable fares

In accordance with the entry into force of the amendments to the Air Code of the Russian Federation (item 3 Federal Law as of 20.04.2014 № 79-FZ) ORENAIR introduces for sale from July 10, 2014 conditions of non refund of the paid sum for passenger air carriage.

If passenger refuses from the flight, cost of air ticket at the non refundable fare is not subject to refund, except cases of involuntary refund.

Passengers can get one-way tickets or round-trip tickets at non refundable fares for ORENAIR flights en-routes Orenburg – Moscow – Orenburg, Orsk – Moscow – Orsk, Orenburg – St. Petersburg – Orenburg on the airline official website as well as at the ticket sales agencies.
