Delayed baggage

Dear passengers, we are sorry that your luggage is not delivered on time, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

If the airport you find that your luggage has not arrived, you must inform the airport and complete the Declaration of Irregularity (Property Irregularity Report (PIR)) or a commercial act. After which the airport for 21 days will conduct search activities.

If you search into the airport did not give a positive result, you have the right to bring claims against the airline.

For a claim you must send originals following documents by registered mail:

  • claim;
  • baggage tag;
  • ticket;
  • Property Irregularity Report (PIR) or commercial act.

From the date of receipt of the original claim specialist airlines to conduct investigative activities is given extra time

If the result of investigative activities airline your luggage is lost, the case file and the result of investigation sent to the legal department for consideration of claims commission. You will be notified of the results in writing once examination is complete by registered mail with delivery notification.
