Excess and oversized baggage

If baggage weight is in excess of the established norm of free baggage allowance the Passenger must pay for its carriage to the agreed destination according to the established tariff rate.

The weight of one item of excess baggage shall not exceed 50 kg. Baggage that is in excess of the established weight shall be carried by prior consent of the Carrier and is paid according to the established fare or registered as cargo in accordance with cargo carriage rules.

The Passenger is obliged to inform the Carrier in advance about oversized baggage (with the sum of three dimensions not exceeding 203 cm) by processing a seat reservation or when purchasing a passenger ticket.

If the oversized baggage is carried by more than one Carrier, the Carrier must obtain the approval of such carriage from other Carriers.

Oversized baggage is accepted for carriage providing that the overall dimensions of cargo hatches and baggage-cargo compartments allow its free loading onto and unloading from as well as positioning on board of the aircraft.

The Passenger must pay baggage transportation in excess of the established norm of free baggage allowance according to the fare specified by the Carrier.

Failure to comply with these rules Carrier may refuse to accept for transportation of oversized luggage.
