Refund of unused Orenair’s tickets after october 25, 2015

ORENAIR herein informs that the unused (due to different reasons) tickets for ORENAIR’s flights dated by October 24, 2015 can be refunded in the following ways:

1. In case the ticket number starts with 29124ХХХХХХХХ, i.e. it is issued in ORENAIR stock, this ticket can be refunded only directly via ORENAIR based on Refund Application from passenger or his/her representative (power of attorney required).

Please forward your Refund Application  and copies of passport and power of attorney (in case the application is filled in by representative) to [email protected] or by fax +7(3532) 67-67-44.
Original Refund Application shall be sent to the following address:

460049, Russian Federation, Orenburg district, Orenburg region, Airport, JSC "Orenburg Airlines", Department for Organization of Air Transportation Sale.
Refund Application can be accepted in case all required documents are provided and the Application is completed correctly due to the description in the Application.

2. In case the ticket number varies from 29124ХХХХХХХХ please contact the ticketing office where the ticket was issued.
