Charter flights booking conditions

Charter flight e-tickets can be booked and paid for the following directions:

• there is no charter flights e-tickets at the moment

For these directions, only «round-trip» tickets more than 24 hours before the flight can be issued.

Voluntary or involuntary refund is forbidden.

Attention!
The Airline is not liable for the proper issuance of visas and other entry/exit documents. The Airline doesn’t provide passengers with regulations entry to different countries. Passengers must acquire necessary information in the relevant Embassy. Orenair is not liable for the incorrect information acquired in the Embassy. The Airline performs carriage only for passengers with active visas. Absence or invalid visa is not considered as a reason for voluntary or involuntary ticket refund on charter flights. Passengers can issue visa themselves applying to the Embassy of the relevant country.

Rules for carriage of baggage and cargo on charter flights are given in the "General rules for carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo".

Free baggage allowance for economy and business class Passengers is 20 kg (including hand-luggage) in the following directions:
