• International passport (period of validity not less than 6 months);
• Valid visa;
• Documents depending on visa category:
  • Visa category «С» – an invitation letter issued by a relevant entity in China;
  • Visa category «D» –original and photocopy of the Confirmation Form for Foreigners Permanent Residence Status issued by the Ministry of Public Security of China;
  • Visa category «F» – a written invitation issued by a relevant entity or individual in China;
  • Visa category «G» – an air ticket (train, ship)ticket with confirmed date, seat and further route to destination country or region;
  • Visa category «L» (tourist) – documents, containing route program, including round-trip air ticket booking and proof of a hotel reservation or a written invitation issued by a relevant entity or individual in China;
  • Visa category «M» – documents concerning business activities issued by a trade partner in China or a written invitation to a trade fair or other invitation letters, issued by a relevant entity or individual; photocopy of the inviters’ ID if he/she is a Chinese citizen or a foreign passport and permanent resident permit of inviting individual;
  • Visa category «Z» – Foreigners Employment Permit of the People’s Republic of China issued by Chinese government authorities for Human Resources and Social Security, as well as Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit or Confirmation Letter of Invitation issued by a relevant Chinese entity; or Permit for Foreign Experts Working in China by the State Bureau of Foreign Experts as well as Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit or Confirmation Letter of Invitation by those Units; or Registration Certificate of Resident Representative Offices of enterprises of foreign countries (regions) issued by the Chinese authorities of industrial and commercial administration, as well as Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit or Confirmation Letter of Invitation from duly authorized units; or an approval document for commercial performances issued by the Chinese government authorities for Cultural Affairs or Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit or Confirmation Letter of Invitation issued by Foreign Affairs Offices of provincial governments of China; or Letter of Invitation to Foreigners for Offshore Petroleum Operations in China issued by China National Offshore Oil Corporation;
  • Other documents according to visa category.
• If you travel with a child you should provide:
  • Original and copy of the child’s birth certificate;
  • Copy and original of the notarized exit permit for child’s carriage to China (if the child travels with the authorized representative);
  • Child’s international passport;
  • Valid visa for child’s entry.

Please pay your attention, that the airline is not responsible for denial of carriage or denial of entry in the receiving country due to improperly issued visa and other entry/exit documents. The airline doesn't provide the passengers with the regulations entry to different countries. Passengers must acquire all necessary information in the Consulate of the relevant country. The airline doesn't bear responsibility for information acquired in the Consulate.

The airline performs air carriage only for passengers upon presenting valid visa.

Absent or invalid visa cannot be considered as reason for involuntary air ticket refund.
