General requirements

To issue ticket at ORENAIR website you need identification document for:

Russian citizens within the Russian Federation:

  • Russian passport;
  • International passport;
  • Birth certificate (for children under 14).

Russian citizens flying abroad:

  • Russian passport.

Foreign citizens flying within the Russian Federation:

  • International passport;
  • National passport;
  • Birth certificate (for children under 14).

Attention! the Airline is not liable for the proper issuance of visas and other entry/exit documents. The Airline doesn’t provide passengers with regulations entry to different countries. Passengers must acquire necessary information in the relevant Embassy. ORENAIR is not liable for the incorrect information acquired in the Embassy.

The Airline performs carriage only for passengers with active visas.

Absent or invalid visa could not be considered as reason for involuntary ticket refund.

List of documents for the Russian citizens to travel within the Russian Federation:

  • Russian passport;
  • Or International passport;
  • Birth certificate (for children under 14) having Russian citizenship.

List of documents for the Russian citizens for entry, exit, transit, stay and travels within the Republic of Tajikistan:

  • Russian passport;
  • Birth certificate (for children under 14) having Russian citizenship.

List of documents for the Tajikistani citizens for entry, exit, transit, stay and travels within the Russian Federation:

  • International passport.
