Germany

  • Valid international passport or an equivalent identity document. Passport should be valid for at least 4 months after crossing German or Schengen States border;
  • Itinerary receipt with entry/exit dates;
  • Medical insurance policy for service abroad;
  • For tourist visits – hotel booking;
  • For medical treatment visits – official invitation from the medical facility;
  • If your German friends or relatives invited you, you need the original letter of invitation prepared in any form, received via fax or e-mail. It should include the inviting party, your sponsor and the period of stay;
  • If the expenses taken by the inviting party are not fixed in the invitation, you need to have a reference from the place of your employment, that will state your creditability as well as your cash;
  • Birth certificate of a child flying with you, notarized exit permit on behalf of the other parent, if child is coming with only one parent;
  • Original pension certificate for retiree and its notarized copy;
  • Reference from the educational institution for students or school for schoolchildren.
