How to return a ticket 

For ticket refund please apply to the agency where it was originally issued. 

Refund procedure may take several weeks. 

No refunds are given for the printed railway ticket Rail&Fly and also for railway segment within a combined journey Rail&Fly.

ORENAIR recommends that you do not collect your tickets until shortly before the journey, so that any requests for changes or cancellations can still be dealt with.

How to make changes 

In case you want to make any changes in the booking you should apply to the air ticket agency/travel agency where a ticket was originally issued. 

In case of using DB long-distance vending machine:

  • If a railway ticket Rail&Fly has already been printed you should present it together with a new itinerary got at the agency to be altered at Deutsche Bahn Travel Center. 
  • If you changed the dates of your journey at the air ticket agency/travel agency and the personal Pickup Number remained the same but after the ticket printed out you see that dates have not been changed due to technical reasons, you should apply to Deutsche Bahn Travel Center with a new itinerary.
  • If an agent gives you a new Pickup Number you have to print out a new railway ticket Rail&Fly. 

In case of using online option:

  • If a railway ticket hasn’t been printed, then you can print it out with changes after such changes have been made by the air ticket agency/travel agency.
  • If railway ticket has been printed, in order to make changes you need to contact an air ticket agency/ travel agency where a ticket for a combined journey was originally booked. After ticket is reissued you can print a railway ticket online with new data.
